Welcome to the Calgary Archers!

The Calgary Archers Club is a non profit organization with a mission to promote and perpetuate the practice and enjoyment of archery and its related activities. The range is located in Calgary’s southwest and has been in operation for over twenty five years. Here you will find eight acres of unspoiled scenery with a target area, 3D targets, a clubhouse and basic camping facilities.

The membership is annual and runs January 1st to December 31st. You are given a key and are free to come and go as you please. Every second week the range is closed in the evening for repairs and upkeep and all members are encouraged to help during these evenings. The jobs may run from repairing a bridge to painting to cutting the grass. Like anything worthwhile the more you put into the range, the more you will get out of it. Refer to the Work Parties page for ates and times.

While the annual fees do change from year to year, the cost is minimal and includes both membership and insurance. Average costs are approximately 24 cents a day for the individual archer to 46 cents a day for a family which would be three or more active archers.

Public groups are welcome as well, the Calgary Archers Club has hosted team building events for Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, School Groups, and Business Groups. Our volunteer coaches keeps these events safe and informative while allowing participants to have fun.

This is a great way to get outside and learn something new.
